Ulster picked up a 34-30 win at bottom-placed Dragons in round 13 to climb to ninth overall; just a point off the top eight. Their performances this season have been far off their usual high standard and they must still face Leinster, Munster and the Hollywoodbets Sharks, effectively making every game a knockout.
The Stormers put on quite a show at Scarlets last week, playing their usual flamboyant brand of footy to ultimately come away with a 29-17 win. That result has put them up to eighth, with a top five finish still on the cards for John Dobson’s side. They look to be building momentum and should get the better of Ulster in Belfast on Friday.

Edinburgh copped a frustrating 18-21 defeat at Benetton last week after conceding a late try following the ejection of Mosese Tuipulotu in the 75th-minute. They’re now 11th heading into this clash against Dragons who, despite running Ulster close in round 13, should be swept aside convincingly enough in the Scottish capital.
